1. Increase protein intake from seafood, beef, chicken, eggs, whey, etc.
2. Increase veggie/fruit consumption.
3. Eat slowly off smaller plates and without distraction from the TV/computer.
4. Increase water/tea intake while decreasing sugary drinks.
5. Walk more.
6. Lift weights to hold on to your muscles and keep your metabolism from going down.
7. Get good quality sleep.
