What Do I Think?

INSANITY MAX:30

I am currently at the end of week 4 of this program.  It is tough!  I max out every workout, but I love it!  What's not to love?  30 minute workouts that give you an hour's worth of results!  An easy to follow meal plan - no counting calories!  Daily support every step of the way.  I can't wait to see what results month 2 brings!
