I can't express how much becoming a Coach has meant for me!  It has increased the quality of my life in several ways.  I am healthier, fitter, and much more confident.  I have met and become friends with some of the most positive and encouraging people I know.  I have helped others get fitter, stronger, and healthier.  I am working my way out of a job that I have lost passion for, and that is slowly breaking me.  I have found my dream job!

It does not take any special training, you do not have to be in the best shape of your life... it is a JOURNEY! We are ALL a work in progress, but we motivate and inspire others to live healthier lives. That's it! I provide you with everything you need to know.

-You don't have to be FIT, just on your FIT journey
-You don't have to be skilled in a certain area, just willing to learn
-You don't have to be from a certain industry - we have super successful coaches from ALL walks of life (SAHM, Lawyers, Bartenders, Hair Stylist Dentists, Teachers, Fitness instructors, etc)
